What data we process

This website has no forms, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Fonts are served from our own domain. We only process the data you send when you email us: your name, your email address and whatever you tell us.

Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to your message: your consent, given by writing to us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• If you ask for a demo or a proposal, managing that relationship: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to reply and, if a professional relationship follows, for its duration. After that, only for the periods required by law.

Who else sees it

We do not share your data with anyone. We use two providers acting as processors:

• Our email provider, which stores the messages.
• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and keeps technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. This may involve a transfer to the United States, covered by GDPR safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to info@aegisspatial.eu. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
